Your Responsibilities:
✔ Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
✔ Assist with parcel tracking, collections and delivery queries
✔ Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
✔ Maintain exceptional customer service standards
✔ Liaise with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution

Requirements
Key Requirements:
✅ Previous customer service experience within the courier, logistics or transport industry
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
✅ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
✅ Parcel Perfect system experience will be highly advantageous
✅ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✅ Immediate availability is essential
