✅ Requirements
BSc / BTech Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or a related qualification
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Food Technologist role within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry
Strong experience in product development and product reformulation
Excellent knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and food safety systems
Sound understanding of food legislation, labelling and regulatory compliance
Experience conducting product trials, shelf-life testing and quality investigations
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
Excellent communication and report writing abilities
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

⭐ Advantageous
Experience in bakery, dairy, beverages, snacks or FMCG manufacturing
Experience with supplier approvals and raw material evaluations
Knowledge of export food regulations and international quality standards
